The phenomenon regarding Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) concerns the government in empowering their abilities after returning from working abroad. One non-governmental organization that houses former PMI is Association of Retired and Families (PERTAKINA). members who are empowered PERTAKINA organizational activities. There problems, namely members' dissatisfaction with management, which causes tension between management members.
